About the Artist

The Rollin' Rust is a folk rock band from the foothills of Central New York, led by singer-songwriter James VanDeuson. Blending folk, blues, and Americana with gritty storytelling and unmistakable camaraderie, their sound lands somewhere between a timeless folk song and a well-worn rock collection. Festival veterans with 25+ states under their belts, their debut album "Road Rats" earned a SAMMY nomination for Best Americana Album.
