About the Artist

Payton Clark, a young singer-songwriter and guitarist from Corning, NY, has been captivating audiences since childhood. Singing before she could walk, she performed the National Anthem at local sporting events by age nine and competed in talent contests, earning a trip to audition for America’s Got Talent at twelve. Local musicians soon invited her to share their stages, prompting her to learn guitar at fourteen. Within months, she was performing at festivals, restaurants, and wineries. Her raw, gritty vocals draw comparisons to Janis Joplin and Stevie Nicks. A high school senior with an old soul, Payton gravitates toward classic rock while covering various genres at her weekly gigs. After graduation, she plans to pursue music in Nashville.
