About the Artist

Maybird blends dreamy psychedelia with rootsy rock, creating a sound both nostalgic and forward-looking. Formed by Josh Netsky in Rochester, NY, the band evolved from indie folk beginnings into a more exploratory style. After releasing their debut Down and Under, they signed with Danger Mouse’s 30th Century Records, releasing Turning Into Water, Unravelling, and Things I Remember from Earth. Maybird continues to craft richly textured, melodic rock.
