About the Artist

Prime Time Brass is Rochester's premier brass ensemble, founded in 2005 by top musicians from Western New York and Canada. With a rotating roster of over 30 championship-level performers — many with drum and bugle corps titles to their name — the group delivers high-energy shows blending big band jazz, pop, and New Orleans-style brass. A beloved fixture at the Rochester International Jazz Festival since 2013, they have also performed at Mardi Gras in New Orleans and in New York City's Central Park and Times Square.
