About the Artist

Mikaela Davis is a Rochester-born harpist, singer-songwriter, and producer whose classically trained roots collide with alt-country, psychedelia, and jam-band rock. Pitchfork describes her sound as "rugged alt-country, twangy roots rock, and Laurel Canyon psychedelia." Her 2023 album And Southern Star was named one of the top 20 indie records of the year by Glide Magazine. She has shared the stage with Bob Weir, Bon Iver, and Lake Street Dive, and performs with her tight-knit backing band, Southern Star.
