Delete Your FLX Music Account & Data
You can ask us to permanently delete your FLX Music account and all associated data at any time. This page covers what we delete, what we keep, and how to make the request — including how data linked through Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in is handled.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile (name, email, preferences, zip code).
- Every social-provider identity linked to your account (Google, Facebook, or Apple). After deletion, FLX Music no longer holds any record connecting your provider account to our service.
- Your followers / followed bands and saved attractions.
- Your saved events.
- Your listening history (which songs you played and when).
What we may keep
- Aggregate, anonymous usage statistics that no longer identify you.
- An immutable audit-log entry recording that a deletion was requested. This entry contains your former user ID and email (so we can prove compliance to Facebook, Apple, and regulators) but is otherwise stripped of personal data.
- If you publish a band on FLX Music, the band's profile, songs, and event history remain visible after your account is deleted. We reassign the band's ownership to our editorial team so listeners aren't disrupted. If you want the band fully removed, email us with the request.
Removing data from Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in
When you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, those services share a small amount of profile information (name, email, and a stable identifier) so we can recognize you on return visits. We don't access your Google contacts, your Facebook friends, or anything else beyond what's needed to sign you in.
Deleting your FLX Music account using the steps below also removes the connection between your Google / Facebook / Apple account and FLX Music, on our side. If you'd also like to revoke our app's access from those providers' end:
- Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove "FLX Music".
- Facebook: visit Facebook Business Integrations and remove "FLX Music".
- Apple: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → FLX Music → Stop using Sign in with Apple.
How long deletion takes
When you confirm deletion, we mark your account for removal immediately and sign you out. Your data is fully purged from our systems 7 days later. Within those 7 days, signing back in cancels the deletion and restores your account. After 7 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Include the email address you used to sign up. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days. We don't charge for deletion and we won't ask you to justify the request.
