Hickory Hollow Wine Cellars, located on Seneca Lake, offers a variety of wines crafted with minimal intervention. Founded in 2002 by Bruce and Suzanne Kendall, their son Nathan joined as winemaker in 2016, focusing on cool climate varietals like Riesling and Pinot Noir. The winery is known for its old-world style wines and unique terroir expressions.
