Gem Creek Brewing Company is a community-focused brewery and taproom in Canandaigua, NY (250 Eastern Blvd), rooted in the Finger Lakes and named for a small creek that runs through Waterloo. The lineup leans local—beers like Diamond (NY Pilsner), Topaz (Lager) and Ammolite (PB&J Sour) are brewed with New York–grown malt and hops.
