Alistair’s Distillery

Alistairs Distillery in Lodi, New York, is a unique farm distillery in the Finger Lakes, set on a 50-acre sheep farm overlooking Seneca Lake. Specializing in micro-batch spirits, Alistairs crafts high-quality gin and rum using locally sourced grapes and botanicals grown on-site. Every still is hand-built to bring out delicate flavors, making each batch truly one of a kind. With limited inventory, their spirits are only available during the annual Pickin’ In The Pasture bluegrass festival.
