75 Stutson Street is a multi-use performance venue in Rochester’s Charlotte neighborhood, built for concerts, theater, dance, and community events. The space offers two stages (Auditorium & Sanctuary), flexible seating for roughly 120–150, pro sound/lighting with multi-track A/V and backline, an attached green room, snack bar, and free parking.
